Break and enter in Union Bay

Police are looking for information after a break and enter to a residence on the 5600-block of 1st Street in Union Bay.

On July 31, 2023 Comox Valley RCMP received a report of a break and enter to a residence under construction which occurred sometime between 7:00 p.m. the night previous and 10:15 a.m. on the 31st.

The suspect(s) stole approximately $1000 worth of Dewalt tools.

Investigators are seeking assistance from anyone in the vicinity of the 5600-block of 1st Street. Anyone who has surveillance footage from the area, or was in the area at the time and witnessed anything suspicious, is asked to call the Comox Valley RCMP at (250) 338-1321 and refer to file 2023-12175.
