Two suspects break into local bowling lanes

On June 1, 2024 at 11:20pm, Fort St John RCMP received a report of a break and enter alarm at the Fort Bowling Lanes located at 10116 104th Street, in Fort St John.

Two suspects were observed on surveillance video breaking into the main entry glass doors with a prybar. The two suspects then proceeded to steal a backpack of liquor from the premises.

The suspects are believed to be a youth male and a youth female.

The two suspects are also believed to be involved in a mischief file which occurred a brief time earlier at the BC Liquor Store located at 10215 100th Street. The two suspects attempted to use a fire extinguisher to break the glass of the main entry door, which failed and triggered the alarm. The suspects then fled the scene.

The Fort St John RCMP continue to investigate and are asking anyone who may have been in the area at the time, may have dash cam video of the area or can identify the suspects in this matter to contact the Fort St John RCMP at 250-787-8100.
