EXT. ALMOST HONEST ED'S CAR DEALERSHIP - DAY

Santa walks into a building with a large banner reading:

"ALMOST HONEST ED'S CAR DEALERSHIP, Bad Credit or No Credit- We have a car for you!"

INT. ALMOST HONEST ED'S CAR DEALERSHIP - DAY

CLOSE UP ON ELEVATOR

The elevator doors open revealing a man dressed in red with a large fluffy beard. Close up on his boots as he steps out of the elevator. It's the real-life Santa! He approaches a man behind a desk. The man stands up nervously to greet Santa.

BUSINESS MAN
Santa! I'm glad you've come!

SANTA
I understand you have an offer I can't refuse.

BUSINESS MAN
I noticed you're still using the same old sleigh. I wanted to upgrade your ride.
The man holds out a set of keys.

BUSINESS MAN (CONT'D) Give it a test run. It's been set up to handle your large payload. All I ask for in exchange, is a permanent spot on the nice list.

Santa hesitantly ponders the thought of trading a spot on the nice list for a shiny new toy.

SANTA
You know, it's about time I got in on the receiving end of Christmas for a change.
Santa grabs the keys. The business man cackles happily.

EXT. ALMOST HONEST ED'S CAR DEALERSHIP - DAY

Glitch effect of super car. Seat belt is attached. Key is turned. The dashboard lights up. The revs match the cars noise.

SANTA
(Santa Laughs) Ho ho ho!

Santa accelerates. A sea of wagons filled with gifts are attached.

EXT. INTERSECTION - DAY
A car pulls up beside the Lamborghini. Inside the other car is a child. The child notices Santa in the Ferrari and rolls down the window.

CHILD
(to Santa) Who are you?

SANTA

Why, I'm Santa!

CHILD
No you're not. Santa doesn't ride a sports car! That car can't fly like Santa's sled!
The child sticks out her tongue.

SANTA
Oh, I'll show you how this car can fly.
The light turns green. Santa hits the gas and speeds off.

SANTA (CONT'D) This thing sure goes!
Suddenly a police car is behind him with the lights and sirens going.

OFFICER
(through speakerphone) Pull over!
Santa pulls to the side of the road. The officer approaches the car.

OFFICER (CONT'D) Do you know why I pulled you over?
You were speeding. Nice costume.

SANTA
This is not a costume! I'm Santa.

OFFICER
I wasn't aware that elves made sport cars.

SANTA
I decided to treat myself for a change. I hope that's alright.

OFFICER
Of course. I just thought that Christmas for you was more about giving.
The officer rips off a ticket from his clipboard and hands it to Santa.

OFFICER (CONT'D) Here's your ticket.
The officer walks away. Santa eye's the ticket.

INT. TONY'S LOAN SHARK BUSINESS - DAY Santa walks in the room.

WE PAN UP TO THE BUSINESS MANS REACTION

BUSINESS MAN

Back so soon?

SANTA

I'm returning these.
Santa jingles the Lamborghini keys.

BUSINESS MAN What happened?

SANTA
I have discovered that the best gift is one you give, not receive.

BUSINESS MAN

What about our deal?

SANTA
From now on, you'll have to earn your spot on the nice list just like everyone else!
The business man frowns.
Santa turns to camera.

CLOSE UP ON SANTA"S FACE.

SANTA (CONT'D)
I invite you all to join me in the joy of giving through the RCMP Christmas Toy Drive!

PULL OUT TO REVEAL: Santa is in his sleigh. (Green screen+invisible cut.)

SANTA (CONT'D)
To the north pole! HO HO HO!
Santa's sleigh takes off with him out of frame.
Toy drive call to action by RCMP here.
